Complete beginner · Your first class

Pole Taster

A relaxed, welcoming introduction for anyone curious about pole and not sure where to begin.

Meet the studio, learn essential grips and some "pole language", then try approachable movements on static and spinning pole. You’ll experience both the fitness and creative sides of pole without any pressure to perform.

No strength, flexibility, dance or fitness experience is needed. Come exactly as you are—we’ll guide you one step at a time.

Beginner · Foundations

Beginner Pole

1 hour £18Max 2 per pole

Build beginner spins, grips, climbs, sits and shapes at a supportive pace.

Ideal for complete beginners, Pole Taster graduates and anyone still building confidence with the fundamentals. Conditioning is woven into each class to develop upper-body, core and grip strength gradually.

As you progress, you’ll connect movements into short combinations and move around the pole with greater control. You’ll usually have your own pole; when a class is especially busy, a maximum of two people may share.

Upper beginner · Intermediate

Improver Pole

1 hour 15 minutes£20Progressive

Turn confident foundations into inversions, laybacks, transitions and more advanced shapes.

For students comfortable with basic spins, climbing and sitting on the pole. You’ll develop the strength and technique for safe inversions, leg-hook positions, controlled climbs and flowing combinations.

You do not need to invert before joining, we will help you achieve it. Each class balances achievable skills that build confidence with challenges you can keep working towards.

Mixed Level Pole

Bring your own pole goals and enjoy personalised guidance in a supportive mixed-level class.

Whether you are working on a move you’ve seen, revisiting a skill or refining a combination or you would like to follow our instructor's plan(which is based on your preference, experience and how you feel today!), this is the class for you.

You might explore spins, climbs, inversions, shapes, transitions or combinations on static and spinning pole. This class is for students who have completed Pole Taster/ have pole experience, complete beginners please start with Pole Taster.

Mixed level · Combinations & flow

Spinning Pole

1 hour£20Heels optional1 person per pole

Connect shapes, spins and creative transitions into seamless movement on spinning pole.

Each class explores several flowing sequence while developing control of the pole’s momentum, intentional movement and your own style. Options and progressions let you find a level that feels both comfortable and challenging.

This mixed-level class is not suitable for complete beginners. Join once you’re comfortable with basic spins, grips and simple transitions. Inverting is not required unless stated for a particular session. Please note this is not a choreography class.

What to wear

Comfortable & ready to grip

Wear shorts with a fitted top, sports bra or comfortable polewear such as a bodysuit or bikini-style set. Exposed skin helps you grip the pole safely. Avoid body lotion on the day and please remove jewellery before class. For Spinning Pole, heels are welcome but completely optional—you can attend barefoot or in socks.

What to bring

Water & curiosity

Bring water to stay hydrated (We also sell bottoled water for £1) and your preferred grip aid if you use one. If you’re new, there’s no need to buy grip aid before class—you’re welcome to use ours while you get started.
