What to wear
Comfortable & ready to grip
We recommend a fitted top or sports bra with shorts, as exposed skin helps you grip the pole safely. Please avoid body lotion on the day and remove jewellery before class.

Your pole, your progress
Start building
New to pole—or ready to grow beyond your first taster?
This class is for complete beginners, Pole Taster graduates and anyone still building confidence with the fundamentals. You’ll learn approachable spins such as step-around, fireman and front and back hook, alongside essential grips, controlled climbs, pole sits and beginner shapes.
Conditioning is woven into each session to gradually develop your upper-body, core and grip strength. As your skills grow, you’ll begin connecting movements into short combinations and moving around the pole with more control and confidence.
No dance or fitness background is required. Every skill is broken down clearly, with progressions to help you work at the right level for your body.
Foundations in motion
Plenty of practice time
You’ll usually have your own pole. When a class is especially busy, a maximum of two people may share—giving you useful moments to rest, watch and learn between turns.

What to bring
Bring water to stay hydrated. Grip aid can be useful, but there’s no need to buy anything before your first class—you’re welcome to use ours while you get started.
